How the math works:
Truck Miles = HERE truck-legal route (avoids the GSP and other truck-restricted roads). Base Drayage = Drayage/container + (truck miles × price/mile). Fuel Surcharge = 50.9% of base. Tolls = the actual bridges the truck route crosses. Total per Container = Base + Fuel Surcharge + Tolls.
Added Occupancy Cost ($/SF/yr) = (Total per Container × Containers per Year) ÷ Warehouse SF.

Notes: Bridges are detected from the actual truck route geometry, then priced from the verified Jan 2026 schedules (PANYNJ for Goethals/Outerbridge/Bayonne/GWB, charged entering NY only = once per round trip; MTA Verrazzano split-tolled = twice). Class 5-axle E-ZPass by default (adjust at left). NJ Turnpike / other roadway tolls are not auto-included — add via the editable toll field. Drayage estimates use a submarket city center; actual carrier rates may differ.
